Osarennomase “Noma” Osarumwense has over fifteen years of broad and diverse experience in engineering, oil and gas, business, and legal.

At Conley Rose, P.C., Noma uses her knowledge, capabilities, and experience to preparate, prosecute, and protect patents and other intellectual property involving, oil and gas, electrical, electricity-powered, batteries, battery-operated, galvanic, and voltaic-related inventions and innovations.

Prior to joining Conley Rose, P.C., Noma worked for a leading oil field service company for over ten years where she managed the design, job planning, sourcing, and execution strategy of all perforating activities for a major project.

Noma also mentored engineers and trained them on the use of company proprietary simulation software and contributed to the marketing, design, and modeling of propellant-assisted stimulation. In addition, she also served as a field engineer for one of the world’s largest energy  technology companies.

During law school, Noma served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Frances Bourliot of the Fourteenth Court of Appeals. During her internship, Noma researched and authored memoranda on the Offensive Use Doctrine, mandamus, and quantum meruit. She also analyzed a court decision on privacy expectations of one’s cell-site location information, and presented the analysis, key holdings, and its impact on current state law to the Justices of the court.
