My value proposition is simple: I provide quality, responsive, and diverse intellectual property (IP) legal advice and services. As an IP attorney in Conley Rose, P.C., I proudly represent a range of clients – from Fortune 100s to startups. My experience in all phases of the IP life cycle, including preparation and prosecution, post-grant proceedings, and litigation, enables me to produce strong, battle-ready IP assets for my clients.
I rely on my vast experience working with a variety of complex electrical, software, artificial intelligence, medical device, and mechanical technologies to prosecute patent applications before the USPTO and international patent offices, manage IP portfolios, and represent clients in inter partes reviews, re-examinations, and patent litigation before the USPTO and federal courts. Before joining Conley Rose, I spent several years as a contingent-fee patent litigator.
Currently, I serve on the management committee of Conley Rose, as co-chair of the electrical and software practice group, and as chair of the firm’s diversity committee.
I attended the University of Houston where I earned a B.S. in electrical engineering and ranked in the top five students in my class. While in law school at the University of Houston, I edited the Houston Law Review, graduated with honors, and won numerous distinctions for academic and competitive performance.
