Michael Konczal primarily focuses on preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the telecommunications, electrical, and electro-mechanical arts. His experience also includes semiconductor, test equipment, printer, and oil-well technology. Prior to coming to Conley Rose, Mr. Konczal practiced law in the Dallas area for clients ranging from large telecommunication and electronics companies to successful start-ups. Mr. Konczal’s broad range of experience also includes commercial, insurance coverage, maritime, aviation, and product liability litigation. Mr. Konczal has also worked as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent Office.

Mr. Konczal is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, State Bar of Washington, and State Bar of Texas.
