He has prosecuted hundreds of patents in the United States and foreign jurisdictions for a range of companies and organizations – from startups to colleges to emerging growth companies to Fortune 500 companies.
Andrew prepares and implements comprehensive IP strategies for clients, analyzes and manages IP portfolios, provides opinions, prepares and prosecutes patent applications, conducts due diligence reviews, and draft and negotiates various IP licenses and other commercial agreements that involve IP. Andrew also has extensive experience in design patents, trademarks, and trade dress applications as a way to supplement broader IP protections, including protection in areas such as virtual and on-line marketplaces.
