Ryan Jenlink practices in all aspects of intellectual property with an emphasis in patent preparation and prosecution. Mr. Jenlink's practice includes domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, patentability opinions, clearance opinions, infringement opinions, licensing, technology transfer, patent searching, and client counseling related to patent issues. Mr. Jenlink has experience in fields of art including polymer compositions, chemical compositions, catalyst chemistry, genetic engineering, gene therapeutics, pharmaceutical compositions, medical devices, mechanical devices, oilfield tools, optical network engineering, computer software, and business methods.
Mr. Jenlink is a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During law school, Mr. Jenlink worked with the University of Oklahoma Intellectual Property Management Office where he assisted in managing, patenting, and licensing university-created intellectual property. During his undergraduate education at Oklahoma State University, Mr. Jenlink worked as a laboratory technician in the field of comparative genetics, focusing primarily on the isolation and characterization of embryo-defective mutants of Arabidopsis thaliana. Mr. Jenlink is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
