Biography
Mr. Hooper has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hooper worked for Petroleum Geo-Services, developing an automated testing system for subsea fiber-optic components.
Mr. Hooper practices in various areas of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution in the mechanical arts, intellectual property litigation, counseling, and merger and acquisition due diligence. His technical experience includes such fields as oil and gas exploration, drilling, production, offshore structures, and other mechanical systems and devices.
